Alexander A. Kaufman, Esq.
Managing Partner & Litigation Attorney
Mr. Kaufman is an aggressive litigator who fights vigorously for his clients, committed to helping them rebuild their lives after injuries and striving to restore them as closely as possible to the position they were in before their accidents.
With a reputation for taking cases to trial, Mr. Kaufman is always prepared to fight for justice when settlement is not an option. He has handled a wide range of cases, including motor vehicle collisions, commercial litigation, dog bites, slip-and-fall cases, product liability, bad faith insurance practices, breach of contract, and claims against local and state governments.
Before founding The Kaufman Law Firm, Mr. Kaufman strategically built his experience at five respected personal injury law firms, ranging from small solo practices to large multi-state litigation firms, including prominent firms in downtown Manhattan. These roles equipped him with a well-rounded perspective and the proven ability to navigate complex legal cases of all sizes.
Born and raised in New York, Mr. Kaufman learned the value of hard work and resilience, which now fuels his unwavering commitment to justice for his clients and unwillingness to be pushed over by large corporations and insurance companies. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama, graduating Magna Cum Laude in just three and a half years. He then studied law at the highly ranked Texas A&M University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Kaufman was a member of the mock trial team, representing the university in state and national competitions.
Mr. Kaufman values building strong relationships with his clients. He takes the time to understand their unique stories and needs, ensuring they receive the personalized attention they deserve during some of the most traumatic times of their lives.
When he is not advocating for his clients, Mr. Kaufman enjoys spending time with friends and family, lifting weights, fishing, working on cars, and enjoying Texas barbecue.
