Born and raised in New York, Mr. Kaufman learned the value of hard work and resilience, which now fuels his unwavering commitment to justice for his clients and unwillingness to be pushed over by large corporations and insurance companies. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama, graduating Magna Cum Laude in just three and a half years. He then studied law at the highly ranked Texas A&M University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Kaufman was a member of the mock trial team, representing the university in state and national competitions.
Before founding The Kaufman Law Firm, Mr. Kaufman strategically built his experience at five respected personal injury law firms, ranging from small solo practices to large multi-state litigation firms, including prominent firms in downtown Manhattan. These roles equipped him with a well-rounded perspective and the proven ability to navigate complex legal cases of all sizes.
Mr. Kaufman values building strong relationships with his clients. He takes the time to understand their unique stories and needs, ensuring they receive the personalized attention they deserve during some of the most traumatic times of their lives.
When he is not advocating for his clients, Mr. Kaufman enjoys spending time with friends and family, lifting weights, fishing, working on cars, and enjoying Texas barbecue.

William "Alex" Morrison serves as Of Counsel to The Kaufman Law Firm, joining the team's trial bench on larger and more complex matters to give clients twice the trial firepower in the courtroom.
He and Managing Partner Alexander A. Kaufman have litigated numerous cases together over the years, having worked together earlier in their careers at a large, multistate litigation firm. Their combined courtroom experience makes them a formidable team for clients facing high-stakes litigation.
Mr. Morrison has a competitive drive that pulls him straight into the courtroom, thriving on trying cases in front of a jury.
In the last five years alone, he has tried over 25 cases, with 3 settling during trial and 22 taken to verdict.
Mr. Morrison's practice spans motor vehicle collisions, wrongful death, slip-and-fall and premises liability, dog bites, product liability, commercial litigation, bad faith insurance claims, breach of contract disputes, and claims against local and state government entities.
A native Texan, Mr. Morrison was born and raised in Fort Worth. He is a "double Aggie," having earned his bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University before studying law at the highly ranked Texas A&M University School of Law.
He is a member of The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40, an invitation-only honor given to vetted attorneys based on their skill, ethics, and trial verdicts.
Mr. Morrison also serves as a board member and director of the Spurlock Judicial Fund, an organization dedicated to promoting judicial independence and the rule of law in Mongolia. Spanning 30 years, the Fund's work has been a vital resource to the Mongolian people. Alex's focus is on international legal and diplomatic work and training, having helped educate over 600 judges and 700 lawyers on Texas jurisprudence.

Neil serves as the Chief Financial Officer of The Kaufman Law Firm. He is not an attorney, but rather a Certified Public Accountant with decades of high-level financial, accounting, and operational experience. His extensive background in financial management and strategic planning brings a unique and valuable perspective to the firm’s operations and long-term growth.
Before joining The Kaufman Law Firm, Neil was a partner at Newman, Newman & Kaufman, LLP, a respected accounting firm in New York that focused heavily on cooperative and condominium financial management throughout New York City. During his tenure, he advised cooperative boards, condominium associations, and real estate entities on a wide range of complex financial matters, helping clients maintain financial stability, improve operational efficiency, and plan for long-term success.
Neil has more than thirty-five (35) years of experience in the real estate industry, including more than thirty-two (32) years dedicated specifically to the cooperative and condominium sector. He has extensive experience consulting on sophisticated financial transactions, including refinancing analysis, offering plan residential and commercial allocations, treasury stock transactions appurtenant to corporate-owned units, budgeting, reserve planning, and long-term financial forecasting.
Neil earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York and is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).
